HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

You can purchase a Gift Card right here! Our triatloandratx Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Please note that promotional offers and discount codes do not apply on our gift cards and they are not included in our Free delivery offers (such as spend £40 or over for Free UK Delivery)

HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD VALID FOR? 

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase

DO I HAVE TO USE THE FULL AMOUNT IN ONE ORDER?

No you don't. The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your Gift Card credit. Any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases using the same gift code, provided that the card has not expired.

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE SALE ITEMS OR MULTI-BUY OFFERS? 

Yes - Gift cards are a form of payment

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD IN CONJUNCTION WITH DISCOUNT CODES? 

Yes - Gift cards are a form of payment

CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO BUY A GIFT CARD?

No, you can’t use a gift card to buy another gift card

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD & MAKE A CARD PAYMENT ON THE SAME ORDER?

Yes - you can pay the difference using one of our prescribed payment methods.

I PLACED AN ORDER USING MY GIFT CARD & NOW WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS

Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?
